The introductory session for online appointments is 60 minutes (1 hour). You will receive 1-on-1 instruction on how to perform strength training and will experience a real workout. Your Personal Trainer will determine how to tailor your workout based off experience level, current injuries and/or limitations. Together you will establish clear goals and a plan to achieve them!
No machines or equipment? No problem! Exercise equipment is not required. My science-backed method can be applied to any circumstance when your trainer customizes your personalized program. Working with your Trainer to properly use my strength training method and ensure you keep up with performing 1-2 sessions per week is the key to effective exercise. The point of every workout you do (ever) is to get to muscle success. You don’t need machines to reach your goals. All you need is the right method with the support and accountability of a trainer.
Yes. I can accommodate couples and small groups for online training.
Generally, my clients should expect to see improvements within the first 6 weeks but some clients say they see and feel results almost immediately. Of course, results are determined on how well your body responds to the stimulus of exercise, your nutritional habits, and how effectively you learn to challenge your muscles. Different people see results in different amounts and at different rates.
Absolutely! You do not need any prior experience with exercise to achieve results with my method. Because strength training is so successful at transforming your body, it’s perfect for somebody who is not used to working out. Your certified trainer can give personalized instruction and work at a pace that is appropriate for each client. My method is an ideal way to exercise for all levels of experience. Whether you have an advanced background in fitness or minimal knowledge of exercise,I encourage you try it for yourself! You can schedule an introductory session.
Everyone is welcome to join my program. With me, it’ll be a unique experience to work out without sound on. I’m all about using my body language and facial expression to make sure you’re doing exercises properly.
Anything that you feel comfortable exercising in. Any clothing that is light weight and allows you to move easily in is best. Exercise apparel is recommended but not required.
This question often comes from my female clients and the answer simply is, no. Strength training will help you build lean muscle mass.
